Dr. Atul Ashok Patil, a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon in Pune, successfully managed a complex polytrauma case involving multiple fractures, including the pelvic iliac wing, superior and inferior pubic rami, distal tibia, calcaneum, and L1–L2 vertebral wedge compression without neurological deficit. The patient underwent ORIF with plating for the iliac wing fracture, along with anterior column screw fixation for the pubic rami fracture on 12th June 2025.
